The Process
Ready to take the next step and start your home renovation? Great! Here's a little information on what you can expect moving forward.
Quote Approval
Once you receive your quote and have looked it over, please let us know what questions you have. There are always variables, changes and additions that can occur throughout the process, but having a clear understanding of the scope of work is paramount to making sure we start off on the right foot.
After you have reviewed your quote and are ready to move forward make sure you click the "Approve" button on the bottom. This is an important step as it notifies the office and operations teams that we have to prepare for your project.
Once we receive the "Approve" notification you'll be getting some communication from your project manager and the admin team. These correspondences will layout the billing procedures, the initial site visit, expectations and final walk through before construction begins.
Materials
When it comes to picking out materials, color schemes and design options, we're happy to lend a hand if needed. However, we prefer to let you be the designer of the project.

Bath Tubs
Flooring
Payment
We are happy to accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks and do offer financing. If paying if a credit card a 3% transaction fee will be added to the total. If you are interested in financing your project with us there is a link to the application on your original bid. If you choose to pay by cash, a 2% discount will apply for the project cost. Please let us know and we will adjust the quote to reflect a cash payment.
Payment schedules are typically as follows:
25% - Upon Acceptance of Quote
25% - Upon Commencement
25% - At Midway (TBD by project manager)
25% - Upon Final Walk Through
